Before any service fee is proposed, the scope, technical specifications, and expectations of your project must be carefully evaluated. All pricing and service terms are finalized solely based on a project-specific technical evaluation and mutual agreement between both parties. Thank you for your understanding.

Valuation Approach
Please note that the listed fees are based on square meter (m²) pricing. In determining the total square meter of your project, we calculate the sum of all slab areas, starting from the foundation footprint. The total cost is determined by multiplying the calculated area by the selected package rate (m² × package fee).
No payment is requested or accepted until an online request is submitted and the project’s total square meter scope is clearly defined. Final pricing will be determined based on the specific characteristics and requirements of each individual project.
Geotechnical Approach
For structural analysis ;​​ All geotechnical parameters required for the structural design process must be defined specifically for each project. In this regard, soil type, dry soil unit weight, saturated soil unit weight, coefficient of subgrade reaction, and the geotechnical capacity for foundation design must be provided by our project partners. As you may appreciate, we serve numerous projects across various geographic locations, and it is not feasible for us to conduct site-specific soil investigations in every region. Thank you for your understanding. Once the location coordinates and the required soil parameters are provided to us, the entire design process will be undertaken by our team.
*In cases where you would like us to determine the soil parameters, a dedicated consultation and appointment can be arranged upon request.
U.S. Seismic Design Code
For partners requesting ACI 318-19, AISC 360/16 - ASD/LRFD, ASCE 7-16 based design ; Please note that, as we are not currently based in the United States, we do not hold a U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license and are therefore not authorized to apply a PE seal to project deliverables. However, for project partners requesting designs in accordance with ACI 318-19, AISC 360, and ASCE 7-16, we provide comprehensive structural calculations and drawings that are meticulously prepared and reviewed. These documents are delivered in a format that allows your in-house licensed engineer to efficiently review and apply the PE seal without delay.
